New Tutorial ~ She's All That

This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.
Tube of choice.  I am using the sexy artwork of Viktor Jung. You can purchase a license to use his work at MPT.
Template1 by Dana found HERE Thank you, Dana! ♥
Mask 20/20 which comes with my version of PSP
or any round circular mask will do.
No Scrap Kit...YAY!!!  lol
But and this is a big but....I used several plugins, so bear with me.
Plugins: Cybia ~ Screenworks
Mura Meister ~ Copies
VM Extravaganza ~ Transmission
Optional: EyeCandy 4000 ~ used only to animate
Font used is Mekanik LET which comes with my version of PSP or can be found HERE
  * * * * *
 1.  Open template1, delete all of the following:  the top credit layer, the right white flower and its dropshadow layer,
the left white flower and its dropshadow layer and the white stitches and its dropshadow layer.
2.  Beginning with the bottom slat 3 layer, apply the plugin Cybia Screenworks ~ pinhole setting, transparency 0.
Merge this layer down with its dropshadow.
Do the very same with Slat 1.
Select Slat 2 layer, apply Cybia Screenworks ~ close knit setting, transparency 0.
Remember to merge down your slat with its own dropshadow layer.
*Note:  choose any Screenworks setting you wish for your slats; have fun with this plugin*
3.  Merge down the right doodle with its dropshadow and do the same with the left doodle.
4.  Select the grey rectangle layer
Apply the plugin VM Extravaganza ~ transmission ~ setting 6, 0, 40
Now rotate all the layers using setting below:
Repeat the VM Extravaganza ~ Transmission plugin ~ same setting.
Now free rotate all the layers back to its orginal by choosing the right direction instead.
Merge down this grey rectangle with its dropshadow.
5.  Select the black rectangle layer, using your move tool, move it slightly to center, in relation to the white frame layer.
(This is a slight adjustment only.)
Using the font MelanikLET, sz 72 pixels, type any word you wish (I used the word Sexy) using foreground null, fill color white, anti-alias setting = sharp.
Convert to raster layer and center it to the black rectangle roughly.
Using plugin Mura's Meister ~ copies ~ tiling (angle) setting below:
Back to the black rectangle layer, using your magic wand, select the black rectangle
~ selections invert ~
back to mura's copy wording layer, press delete on keyboard. Select none.
Drop the opacity of this wording layer on your layer palette to approx. 33.
6. Merge down the right bracket to its dropshadow; merge down the left bracket as well.
7. Add tube of choice as a new layer. If you wish to greyscale your tube, use Hue 255, Saturation 0.
Also to sharpen the tube, use Brightness/Contrast ~ clarify setting of 5.
 D/S with your favorite setting.
Move the wordart supplied (with the template) to a suitable position, either above or below your tube layer.
See reference tag.
8.  Select the uppermost layer on your layer palette, with font MekanikLET again, same settings as before BUT choose
the fill color black instead, type any word you wish or your name if you so choose.
Object ~ Align ~ center in canvas ~ apply.
Convert to raster layer.
Using mura's meister ~ copies same settings as above. Apply.
Move this wording layer just above the white background layer on your layer palettte.
Apply the mask 20/20 to this wording layer twice.
If you wish to resize your tag, do so now using 90% smartsize.
Add your copyright, URL and watermark.
If you don't wish to animate, merge all flatten and save as a .JPEG or merge visible and save as a .PNG.
To animate:
Close off the white background layer
Select the SEXY wordart layer (layer above your black rectangle),
using EyeCandy 4000 ~ HSB noise ~ use the following setting:
hue var = 13
sat var = 22
brightness var = 40
opacity = 0
lump width = 42
lump height = 42
pattern = smooth lumps
seamless tile - checked
random seed 8944
Go to Edit ~ copy merged.
Open A/S ~ paste as a new animation.
Back to PSP, undo the hsb noise effect.
Apply the hsb noise effect again but change the random seed by clicking it once.
Copy merged.
Paste in A/S after current frame.
Back to PSP, undo the HSB noise effect.
Hit random seed again and apply.
Copy merged.
Paste in A/S after the current frame for a total of 3 frames.
In A/S, Edit ~ select all ~ Animation ~ change the animation properties to opaque ~ color white.
Now optimize your animation and save as a .gif.
Hope you enjoy your new creation!
