ribbon frame. Open paper2, resize to 600 px. copy 'n paste as a new layer.

Adjust Brightness/Contrast ~ minus 40, 5
D/S with a light setting 3/3/35/5blur, color #404040.

4. Open element14 (black/white gingham ribbon), resize to 500 px wide.
Copy  'n paste as a new layer ABOVE your white ribbon frame.
Using selection tool, point-to-point, draw a selection as below:

 Photobucket

Promote this selection to layer on your layer palette. Do Not deselect yet.
Select original ribbon layer (layer not promoted) and press delete on keyboard.
This seperates the two pieces of your ribbon into two layers.
Selections ~ none. Move the left portion of the ribbon BELOW the ribbon frame & slightly to left.
Move right portion of gingham ribbon to the right and rotate slightly using pick tool (deformation tool).
The idea is to make it appear the gingham ribbon is interwoven with the white ribbon frame.

Note:  Do not be concerned the gingham ribbons don't touch at the upper portion as
this will be covered with red bow and brown flower.

Element9 (brown flower) 10%,  element 9 (red flower), resized to 500 px. wide and element 6 ~ resized to 550 px in HEIGHT.
Rotate element 6 (red berry sprig) with pick tool (deformation tool) as per reference tag.
Using selection tool, freehand selection ~ point-to-point, select a portion of only the berries on the sprig
and promote the selection to a layer on your layer palette. Selections ~ none.
Image ~ flip ~ mirror and again use pick tool to rotate the berries to upper right corner of tag.
