To animate:

 7.  Close off white background layer. Be sure Neon Jukebox layer is still closed off as well.

*Note:  we will be lightening the musical note2 layer into 5 sections, starting from the left and
then reversing back, right to left.

Click on musical note2 layer, copy MERGED and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. (Frame 1)
Back to PSP, open the neon jukebox layer, drop opacity of this layer to 30%.
Choose musical note2 layer, using Lighten/Darken tool, lighten the Treble Clef using left click on mouse and holding for desired lightness.
When happy, Copy MERGED and in A/S, paste after current frame. (Frame 2)
Back to PSP, undo the lighten effect. Change the opacity of the neon jukebox layer to 60%,
Back to musical note2 layer, lighten the next section on this layer, including the small musical note to the right of the Treble Clef.
Copy MERGED, paste in A/S after current frame. (Frame 3)
Back to PSP, undo the lighten effect. Change the opacity of the neon jukebox layer to 80%.
On musical note layer2, lighten another section, including the next 2 musical notes.

Copy MERGED and pase in A/S after current layer. (Frame 6)
Undo lighten effect, drop opacity of neon jukebox layer to 80%. On musical note2 layer, lighten
an area to the left of the tail end (essentially reversing the direction of the ligtening effect we achieved above).
Copy MERGED 'n paste in A/S after current frame. (Frame 7)
Back to PSP, undo lighten effect, drop opacity of neon jukebox layer to 60%
