Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidence.

1.  Open a new transparent image 700 x 565 pixels.  Flood fill white. This will give us room to be creative and resize later.
Add a new raster layer, selections ~ select All ~ open paper 2, copy 'n paste INTO the selection. Selections ~ none.
Sharpen. Open mask and minimize. On paper layer, Layers ~ New Mask Layer ~ from Image ~ find mask and apply.
Merge group. Duplicate masked layer and move one mask layer slightly to right and other, slightly to left.
2.  Open paper 1, resize it to 500 px wide, then go to Image ~ flip. Sharpen 'n minimize for now.
Using preshape tool ~ eclipse, create on vector, on material palette, close foreground, on background fill find the paper 1 in your pattern tab
angle 0, scale 100.
Now draw an eclipse shape approx. 250 x 185 px. Convert to raster layer.
Using preshape tool again, draw another eclipse shape inside the wooden shape we made above, using background fill black only.
Draw a smaller shape, off-center to the wooden shape (see below)
Convert the black shape to a raster layer. Selections ~ select All ~ float, defloat, invert
Choose the wooden preshape layer and press delete on your keyboard. This creates the eclipse wooden frame. Do NOT deselect yet.
Move the black layer below the wooden frame layer on your layer palette.
Resize paper 2 to 500 pixels wide. Copy 'n paste as a new layer above the black layer but below the frame layer.
Move paper to desired position and press delete again.  Do NOT deselect yet.
Open tube of choice, copy 'n paste as a new layer above your paper layer, press delete to remove excess.
Selections ~ none. D/S the wooden frame using 1/1/40/4 blur, color black
You can delete the black circular layer now.
3.  Open element 9, the wooden frame, resize it to 600 px wide, copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Rotate ~ free rotate ~ 90 degrees to Right. Move this frame below the other eclipse frame 'n paper layers.
Using rectangular selection tool, draw a selection beyond the inside border of the rectangular frame.
Copy paper 2 again and paste as a new layer. Selections ~ invert ~ delete.  Move this paper layer below the frame on your layer palette. Selections ~ none.
Open a different tube of choice, copy 'n paste as a new layer above the frame layer.
Back to rectangular wooden frame ~ duplicate and move duplicate copy ABOVE the tube layer.
Erase part of the tube on the right that extends beyond the right side of the frame.
If you use the same tube as I, I drew a point-to-point selection around the fence of the tube and deleted it.
This best done by magifying your image to 250% to better see the part you are deleting.
I chose to leave the pumpkins intact.
On the duplicate copy of the rectangular frame, erase the left side of the frame to make it appear her hand is reaching out.
4.  Now to personalize your tag, add any of the lovely elements supplied in the kit.
* * * * *TIP: When adding elements and you see a white edge on the tube, you can easily
clean up the edges using this method:
Selections ~ select all ~ float ~ defloat ~ modify selection ~ contract 1 px ~ Invert selection ~ press delete on keyboard. Selections ~ none.
Then add your D/S. * * * * *
Add the acorn, resized 15%, copy 'n paste behind the pumpkins on left.
Rotate with pick tool if desired. Add as many of these acorns to your image as desired. See reference tag. D/S each.
Add tree element 7, resized 625 px in Height. Copy 'n paste as a new layer above your masked layers. Duplicate ~ mirror. Arrange as desired. D/S each layer.
Add element 17 leaves, resized to 625 px wide. Copy 'n paste as a new layer above the tree layers.
Add element 10 mushroom, resized 5% ~ mirror ~ copy 'n paste as a new layer below the acorn/pumpkin layers on left. D/S.
Add element 20 rope, resized 550 px Wide, Mirror image
Copy 'n paste as a new layer above the wooden eclipse frame. D/S.
Add element 14 ~ bow, resized 20%, copy 'n paste as a new layer above the rope.
Add element 18 ~ umbrella, resize 20% ~ mirror. Copy 'n paste as a new top layer. Using pick tool,
rotate umbrella to make it appear to be held in her hand. D/S.
Add element 19 ~ bird, resized 20%, copy 'n paste as a new layer above the rope. D/S
See reference tag for placement.
5. Open wordart, using point-to-point selection tool, draw a selection around the words "Tears of the"  only. Press delete. Selections ~ none.
Resize the wordart Fall to 500 px wide.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer on your working image.
Using font Susie's Hand, sz. 72, anti-alias smooth, foreground nil, background color #311e0d,
write word "colors" but change the background fill color for each letter  ie.  #bd9313, # bb6204  D/S.
Using typical writer font, sz 18, anti-alias smooth, background fill color # 311e0d,
type the words "fall colors" ~ double space and type it again on same line
Highlight this entire line in your text window by left clicking on your mouse, copy
and paste as a new line below the first, repeat this for a total of 4 lines.
( see below )
Convert this wordart group to a raster layer.
Drop the opacity of this wordart layer to approx 50%.
Using eraser tool, find the fuzz soft preset on the top toolbar,
now erase the outer edge of the wordart to make it appear to fade outward.
When happy, move this wordart layer below the other word art layers.
6.. Resize entire tag 85-90% smartsize ~ all layers checked ~ if desired.
 7.  Add your copyright, URL, watermark and name in Susie's font
To make your name, choose two colors from your tag, one as the foreground and one as your background.
Make a gradient from these colors by choosing gradient ~ angle 40 repeat 1, invert checked
Write your name, sz 90, anti-alias smooth. D/S
Merge all flatten as save as a .jpeg or delete white background, merge visible and save as a .png.
I hope you enjoy your gorjuss creation!
