Simply sign up on the website link, top right corner. Turn off lights and power
for one hour starting 8:30 pm local time and sit by candle light, step outside,
look at the stars like I did or roast a marshmallow over a tea light! lol
It's all fun and its amazing how one hour can make a difference.

New Tutorial ~ Naughty Girl



This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
 I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.
 Two tubes of choice, preferably one a closeup.  I am using the sexy artwork of Bettie Page by Olivia. You can purchase a license here at CILM.
PTU elements & papers by Shelby of Jenasis Design called Vintage Ruby ~ found HERE dated March 23 & March 22, 2009.
This kit was a freebie but is now a PTU.

No plugins required.
 Font used for name is Hurricane Swash ROB, a payfont.
 
 * * * * *
 
 Open up a new transparent image 650 x 650 pixels and flood fill white.
Open VR element 31 ~ using the selection tool ~ point-to-point,
draw a selection in the center to delete the heart and triangular accents.  Delete. Selections ~ none.
Resize 25%, smart size.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Using your magic wand, click in the center of this element, hold down shift key on keyboard
and select all the inner openings of the element.  Selections ~ modify ~ expand by 3 pixels.
Open paper of choice or VR paper 3,  resized to 500 x 500 pixels.
Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Selections ~ invert. Delete. 
Open face tube, resize if needed. Copy and paste as a new layer, delete. Selections ~ none.
Move the red frame element above your tube & paper  layers on your layer palette.
D/S the frame & tube layers with your favorite setting or 6/6/59, 5 blur, black.
 
Open red flower element 1, resize 30%.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer above the white background layer.
D/S same as above.
Open VR element 33, resize 65%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Place slightly to left of tag.
Move this layer below the red flower.  D/S.
Open main tube of choice. Copy 'n paste as uppermost layer on tag. D/S.
 
Open antique clock element 3, resize 25%. 
Because this element has some white edges on it, we'll try to clean up the edges by:
Selections ~ select ALL ~ select float ~ select defloat ~ selections ~ modify contract by 1.
Selections ~ invert  ~ Delele and selections ~ none.
Copy 'n paste as your upper most layer on your layer palette. D/S.
 
Open the VR staple element 17, resize by 50%.  Sharpen.
Copy 'n paste as a new layer, place according to reference tag. Duplicate.
Using pic tool or deformation tool, rotate duplicate copy slightly to left to create an 'X'
Sharpen. Merge down the duplicate staple with the original staple.
Duplicate again ~ mirror.
D/S each staple element.  Add any other embellishments you desire.
 
Close off all layers below the red flower layer (element 33 & white bg).
Merge visible ALL other layers. Duplicate.
On original layer ~ Effects ~ Blur ~ Gaussian blur ~ radius 26. Apply.
Re-open white bg & element 33 layers.
 
Add wordart of choice or my wordart supplied.
 
 Resize complete tag at this point if desired.
 Add your copyright, watermark, URL and name
 
 
 Merge all flatten and save as a .png or .jpeg.

New Tutorial ~ Pieces To My Heart



 This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.
 Tube of choice.  I am using the gorjuss artwork of Suzanne Woolcott. You can purchase a license to use her art HERE.

Optional Plugin: FM Tile Tools ~ Blend emboss
Font is called Twinkle-Fairy found HERE
 
  * * * * *
Open the cluster frame, resize to 650 pixels in height. 
 Go to Image ~ Canvas size ~ 650 pixels height, 650 pixels width ~ center placement
Add a new raster layer, flood fill white. Move this layer below frame.
Back to frame layer, using magic wand, click inside the center of the frame. Selections ~ modify ~ expand by 1.
Open paper 15 from the Mist of Silver kit, resize to 500 x 500 pixels. Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Selections ~ invert ~ delete ~ selections none.
Move paper layer below the cluster frame layer on your layer palette.
Optional: use FM tile tools plugin ~ blend emboss ~ standard setting on paper layer.
 
Open a tube of choice, resize approx 57%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer
above the paper layer. 
Duplicate the cluster frame layer, moving the duplicate copy beneath the tube layer.
Back to tube layer, erase, using the eraser tool, any part of the tube extending beyond the frame at the tail end of the rabbit only.
Back to uppermost cluster frame layer, erase almost ALL of this cluster frame except the area between the rabbit's tail and the girl's boot.
This is done to make it appear the rabbit is jumping out of the frame. See reference tag.
D/S the lower cluster frame using 2/2/59/5 blur, black.
D/S the tube layer using 1/1/59/5 blur, black.
Sharpen tube using Adjust ~ sharpness ~ unsharp mask ~ radius 1, strength 30, clipping 2, luminance unchecked.
 
Open element 23 (stars overlay), resize to 650 pixels high,  copy 'n paste as a new layer above the white background layer. Sharpen.
Colorize this layer to match your tube Hue 239, Saturation 55
Move this layer more centerally beneath the cluster frame.
Open element 47 (wire mesh), resize 20%, copy 'n paste as a new layer a top the star overlay.
Image ~ rotate 15 degrees to the left. Sharpen. Duplicate.
Open element 56, resize 35%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer over top the wire mesh.
Open element 36, resize to 500 pixels wide, copy 'n paste as a new layer. Drop the opacity to approx 75% on your layer palette. Sharpen.
 
Open the word art, resize 10% and again at 50%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer above your tube layer.
D/S if desired or I used a very light setting of 1,1,49, 4 blur, color #404040.
 
Open tube again, resized at 57% of original. Copy 'n paste as a new layer above your cluster frame layer.
Move this tube to the outer right edge of your tag. Drop the opacity to approx 15 - 20%.
Duplicate ~ mirror and move this duplicate copy to the upper left.
 
Open element 19 green ivy, resize 10%.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer behind your paper layer.
Using pic tool (deformation tool), rotate ivy to your liking. Sharpen.
 Darken this green ivy by using Brightness -20, contrast + 5. Repeat.
Duplicate ~ image flip.
Add as many other embellishments as you like. I added the flowers, resized 10% and again at 50%.
D/S each flower with the heavier setting.
 
  If you wish, resize tag now.
 
Add copyright, URL, watermark and name.
Merge all flatten. Save as .png or .jpeg.

New Tutorial ~ Tenderness



  This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
 I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.
 Tube of choice.  I am using the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko. You can purchase a license to use her art at CILM.

Plugin:  Mura's Meister ~ Copies
 Font used is Sloop-ScriptTwo, which is a pay font.
 
 * * * * *
 
 Open up a new transparent image 625 x 600 pixels and flood fill white.
Add a new raster layer.  Select All
Open paper of choice or paper 11578, copy 'n paste into the selection. Selections ~ none.  Sharpen once.
Open mask, minimize.  Layers ~ New Mask Layer ~ from Image, find 0mask046_LT
Delete mask on layer palette. Merge Group.  Drop the opacity of this mask layer to approx. 63% on the layer palette.
 
Open oval frame element 1166, resize 25%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Sharpen.
Using magic wand,  click in center of oval frame. Selections ~ modify ~ expand by 10.
Open paper of choice or paper 11.  Resize to 600 x 600 pixels. Adjust Hue & Saturation ~ Colorize Hue 52, Saturation 80
 Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Selections ~ invert. Press delete on keyboard.   Move paper layer below the frame layer.
Do NOT deselect yet. 
Open Sabre's misted lace ~ resize 75%.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Delete.  Do NOT deselect
Sharpen this lace layer once.
Open tube of choice, resize if needed. Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Press delete.  Selections ~ none.
Be sure the frame is on top, tube, misted lace & paper are beneath in that order.
D/S the tube only.  Sharpen only if you resized the tube.
 
Open pearl ring element 1168, resize 25%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer  overtop the oval frame.
Using your pic tool or deformation tool,  stretch the nodes on the pearls, vertically to fit over top the lace frame.
See reference tag.   Sharpen once.
 
Open green fern leaf element 1122, resize 20% and again at 50%.. Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Using Mura's Meister ~ Copies ~ Settings:  Encircle ~ No. 12, X =50, Y = 50. Other settings remain.
Move this fern layer above the masked layer. Duplicate this layer ~ flip.
Open green ribbon element 1153, resize 30%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer below the fern leaf layer.
D/S using 2/2/50/5 blur, color med grey #404040.
 
Now add as many flower elements, green leaves and butterflies as you wish.  All these elements were resized 10% and again at 50%.
Duplicate as many as you like, resize some smaller and rotating some with pic tool.  D/S as above.
Open green bow element 1137 ~ resize 12%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer, D/S as above.
 
Open element 1167,  using selection tool ~ point to point, select the pink area only.
Colorize Hue 25, Saturation 80. Selections ~ none.
Resize element by 10%.  Copy 'n paste, adding as many as you like.  Resize one of these by another 50% and place ontop of green bow.
Open pearl element 1159, resize 50%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer on top of bow, but beneath element 1167.
 Open ribbon element 1144, resize 25%. Copy 'n paste over top the pearl frame layer but below the flowers. D/S.
 
 
 Add your copyright, URL, watermark and name.
 Merge all flatten and save as a .png or .jpeg.

New Tutorial ~ Touch Of Sweetness



This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
 I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.
 Image or tube of choice.  I am using the alluring artwork of Jennifer Janesko. You can purchase a license to use her art at CILM.
FTU scrap kit by Coralie called One Day One  Year ~ found HERE.  Thank you Coralie! ♥ 
Touch of Sweetness Cluster Frame by Tinette found HERE  Thank you Tinette! ♥
 Font used is Monsieur La Doulaise, a pay font
 
This will be a quickie tut!
 
 * * * * *
 
 Open the cluster frame of choice. Crop ~ Merged Opaque. Resize now 20%.
Move  the cluster frame slightly down.
Using the selection tool, freehand selection ~ point to point, draw a selection just beyond the inside of the frame.
Open image of choice. Resize if needed.  Copy 'n paste as a new layer.  Selections ~ invert.  Delete. Selections ~ none.
Move the image layer below the frame on your layer palette.
Add a new raster layer, flood fill white or in my case, I flood filled black.
Move this layer to the very bottom on the layer palette.
 
NOTE:  If using a tube instead of an image, you may want to add a paper layer before deselecting the selection.
 
Open the CoraLie element 9 (pink sequin layer).  Resize 25%.  Colorize ~ Hue 6, Saturation 103
Copy 'n paste as a new layer above your background layer.
Now personalize your tag by adding different flower elements, resized 10-15%.  D/S 1, -1, 50, 5 blur, black
I also colorized one of the flowers ~ same setting as above.
Add the bird and the birdhouse ~ both resized 10%. D/S each.
 
Back to the cluster frame layer, using your eraser tool,  find the Fuzz Soft setting on the drop-down menu,
standard setting or sz 150, step 5, density 100, rotation 0, opacity 100
Erase some of the outermost edges of the splatter to soften its effect.
To better visualize this, be sure your background layer is black.
Crop ~ Merged Opaque
 
 
 If desired, resize your tag at this point, 90 % smartsize, all layers checked.
 
 Add your copyright, URL, watermark and name. 
 Merge all flatten and save as a PNG or JPEG.

New Tutorial ~ Fancy Me



 This tutorial is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
 I am using Corel PSP X2 version but any version will do.

 Open up a new transparent image 625 x 575 pixels and flood fill white.
Open the fancy frame from the Iced Wine kit ~ resize 15%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Using the magic wand, click inside the upper left frame
Selections ~ modify selections ~ expand by 5.
Open paper Sunnycove paper 2 ~ resize to 500 x 500 pixels. Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Selections invert ~ delete. Move paper layer below the frame. Do NOT deselect.
Open tube of choice, resize if needed. Copy 'n paste as a new layer.
Delete. Selections ~ none.  Be sure tube 'n paper layer are below frame.
Repeat above for lower right frame.
 
Open UFMask 58. Minimize.  Add a new raster layer above the white background.
Selections ~ select all.
Open Sunnycove paper 6, copy 'n paste into selection on working image. Select none.
Layers ~ New Mask Layer ~ from Image ~ find UF Mask58. Click ok.
Delete mask on layer palette. Merge group.
Duplicate this masked layer for added effect.
 
Add new raster layer above white background again, selections ~ select all.
Paste paper 6 into the selection. (Paper 6 should still be on your clipboard.)
Selections ~ none.
Layers ~ Load Mask from disc ~ Load 2020 Mask. Settings Source luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask. Click load.
Delete mask from layer palette.  Merge group.  Repeat this mask application again.
 
Open doodle 2a. Resize 20%. Colorize Hue 127, Saturation 41. Copy 'n paste as a new layer
ABOVE the UFMask 58 layer. Place to left of tag. Rotate as desired using pic tool (deformation tool). Sharpen once.
Duplicate, rotating again using the pic tool. Sharpen.
 
Open doodle 2a again, using the selection tool, freehand selection ~ point to point,
draw a selection around the tiny butterflies only.  Copy 'n paste as the uppermost layer on the layer palette.
Duplicate these butterflies as many times as you wish.
 
Open Rose with leaves 2 from Iced Wine kit ~ resize 10% and again at 70%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer. D/S using 1/1/49/5 blur, black
Open flower 2 from the Iced Wine kit, resize 10%. Copy 'n paste as a new layer. Duplicate ~ resize duplicate copy 75%.
Place these green flowers overtop the wine colored rose.  Using the eraser tool, you may need to erase away some of the wine colored rose.
Add more flowers if desired.  D/S each flower layer.
 
  Add your copyright, URL, watermark & name.
 Merge all flatten. Save as a PNG or JPEG
 
Tip:   if you wish to keep the background transparent, simply delete your white background layer
and merge visible. Save as a PNG file.
